• Technical Information: We automatically collect technical information, such as your device type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers. This data is used for debugging and service optimization.
• Payment Information: We use third-party payment processors. We do not directly store credit card information. Please refer to the privacy policies of our payment processors for how they handle your payment information.
• Optional User Provided Information: When you contact our support team, we might collect information you provided to resolve your queries.

• Headshot Generation: We use the images you upload to generate professional headshots using our proprietary AI algorithms.

• Service Providers: We utilize third-party server hosting, and they are bound by a confidentiality agreement to protect the data you upload through our service.

• Uploaded Images: We retain user-uploaded images for a limited time necessary to generate and provide your generated headshots. Once your headshots are processed and downloaded, we do not store the original image on our servers beyond an appropriate period to allow for issues resolution.
• Generated Images: We may retain generated headshots for a limited period, but we will delete these after a reasonable period, or upon your request.
• Usage Data: Anonymized and aggregated usage data is retained for analytical purposes.
• Payment Information: We do not store payment information, this information is retained by the payment processor, please refer to their policy.

5. Security of Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, which includes technical, administrative, and physical security measures. Specifically:

• All data is transmitted securely using encryption.
• Our AI algorithms are hosted on Modal servers, which are bound by confidentiality agreements to protect your uploaded data.
• Access to user data is limited to authorized personnel.

Despite these measures, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee that your information will always be completely secure.

6. Your Rights

• Access: You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain limitations.
